Entered a 'virtual runner' charity medal event. 25km over 25 days of December. Hit the mileage needed within 3 days so seeing just how much I can shock them with on Xmas day when I submit my result 😀

Yes, I work alone so as well as security I do all the clean up, room set ups, admin and odd jobs they think we have time for - but don't :-)

I try to eat within my calorie goal but know the food logging is not 100% accurate so if I drift into exercise calories I don't scream at myself. Also I know that buffer is there if I am out at a dinner or party

my only advice is to set up recipes/save meals. i tend to eat the same sorts of foods and i just do not have the time to be weighing every ingredient/scan every barcode for every meal. it is never 100% accurate but as long as i get a ball park figure i am happy
