11/25 30 mins cardio, arm routine 11/26 30 mins cardio, abs 11/27 30 mins cardio and stretched I feeeeel like I’m not doing enough but I HATE working out lol I like to go hiking and swimming but since it’s snowy that’s not really happening. Is there anything you guys do that you really enjoy?
