  • Have been noticing some changes with giving AF living a try for the new year: 1.more productivity at work 2. less junk food cravings 3. more stable emotions 4. losing weight with barely trying (about 4 1/2lbs so far) 5. more enjoyment from workouts 6. more water retention/moisture in skin
  • I've been considering AF living for awhile. These posts are so supportive and uplifting to one another. Reading them has encouraged me to turn down several opportunities for alcohol this holiday season. Being sober has helped kickstart a new workout routine and improve at my job. Thanks for the knowledge!
