I seeked out a therapist when I was at my lowest. I was suicidal soley due to my thoughts about my weight. I also developed an eating disorder to which I sought out a nutritionist. We're all working together to help me recover. Its so so hard to do anything let alone stick to a diet/exercise routine when having depression.…
