  • It sounds like you may be eating too much sodium and sugar. I feel that sodium is most likely the cause and you are probably putting on water weight. Try eating more whole foods. I think if you cut the junk food out for a few days (processed meals), you will see your weight go back to normal.
  • He likes you and wanted something to talk about to get your attention. Some guys do this and it is really annoying. It sounds like he has poor social skills. That's not your problem.

  • make sure you are watching your sodium and sugar intake. If you are stressed, you may be eating foods to make you feel better. I know for me, that tends to be foods high in sodium and sugar. It doesn't matter how much I exercise, if I take in too much sodium it won't make a difference. Good luck!
