Hi All. I am 54y with 40 to lose. Quit smoking 2y ago and struggling to lose weight. Did Couch to 5k app and now on 10k version. Havent lost weight in weeks. I need accountability partner and motivating friend. I suspect I also need to more accurately measure my portions. Love reading others’ stories.

Add me in too. 54. Running 5k 3x week and doing yoga. Loving it. Just started the app. Goal is 2lbs a week till 25 down. Its slow going so it will take some dedication!
