  • I believe the idea of the waist bead was used to let women (or men I suppose) know they were gaining weight cause it wouldn’t fit around them anymore. As scales are now commonplace within our homes I am not sure you will need them like they did. There is no evidence to suggest having the beads cause you to lose weight…
  • Reset my body clock, got more sleep and made sure I got out of the house (on foot) at least once a day. Much happier even if I am the same weight.
  • We all over eat don’t worry :D Weight gain is just as slow as weight loss. 3500kcals to one pound of fat regardless of if you are going up or down on the scales. Just normalise your eating again and get back on track, I wouldn’t cut too heavily to make up for it might leave you prone to snacking if your anything like me :p
  • Half a kilo a week sounds insane to me, don’t be afraid to slow the weight loss down if you feel you need to. You can probably go higher calories if you start accounting for what you are doing at the gym aswell?
