I shared with the team for consideration. Thanks for sharing and for the example. While not perfect, try using the Copy function to maybe speed things up a bit. On iOS you can select the meal and date you're copying too. And Android it's a few more steps in moving it to the date and then to the meal. But depending on…

This is always been a tricking one. But because recipes list ingredients with various types of measurements (weight, volume, and so on) there is no way for the recipe editor to calculate how many servings of a particular size will result when the various items are combined. If you're not sure how many servings a recipe…

Sounds like we got several things going on here as a community. For general feedback about the new Dashboard: Please head on over to the main announcement thread to share. For those that are having specific issues with partner apps, how to do something specific, or other technical troubles, please submit a request with our…

While we don't have a search in the app, on the MFP Blog we a recipe search there. But having a search in the Recipe Discovery is something we can look into. You can always throw also a "MyFitnessPal" at the end of a Google search to help filter results if you're looking for more general ideas or inspiration.

What @cwolfman13 said for the most part. We have some long term projects going to help standardize the serving sizes in the database so that there will be multiple serving options on more items. No timeline we can really share, but it is something we're working on. In the meantime, many of the checkmarked items should have…

Because recipes list ingredients with various types of measurements (weight, volume, and so on) there is no way for the recipe editor to calculate how many grams a serving of a particular size will result when the various items are combined. What's been mentioned in the thread around weighing what a serving is for you and…

Hello! This is something that we hear a lot of and it actually was part of the consideration when designing the new dashboard we announced a while back. The Macro Focused nutrition card, which you can set from your Settings, will show both what's been logged as well as what's left to your goal. Let us know what you think…

Hi! Thanks for the feedback! Totally understand where you're coming from with wanting to track the added sugar. We'll look into it with the team.
-
Thanks, that's a great idea! We will share it with our team!!

This is correct. You can currently do this from the website. But another workaround I personally do is I create a recipe for the part(s) that won't change. So like the sauce itself. Then I log that and the protein is its own item either in a Meal or on the Diary.

I'm a big fan of pre-logging too, so this would be a cool option to have. It helps me get an idea on making sure I'm hitting my goals without needing to make those decisions in the moment. Hopefully product agrees with us!

B) Can't provide an exact timeline but it's something that is coming soon! As mentioned, it's available on Android currently but iOS is right around the corner.

Currently there is not currently a way to convert your step count into calories burned unless you have integrated your MyFitnessPal account with one of our integration partners (https://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps). Many of these partners can automatically log your burned calories based on your amount of walking or other…

What @COGypsy said. :+1: A vast majority of the database is entered by users and at this time there isn't a business data set import process. Here's a rundown of how to add food to the database if you or anyone else that comes across this thread needs it.

Thank you for your suggestion, we will certainly consider your idea!

I have good news! Our new Widgets are available to users who have updated to our latest app versions iOS 22.11.0 & Android 22.11.0 For iOS: To add a widget, you will need to go to the "Today View" by swiping right on your iOS Home Screen. On this page, scroll down and tap Edit. To add a widget to the "Today View", start by…

The good news is that it didn't go away. Just how to get there moved a bit. If you tap on your progress photo in the upper left of the dashboard, you'll be taken to the 'Me' page in the old layout.

Hello! We very much understand where you're coming from. There is a lot of work being done to clean up the database while not gutting the work other users have done to help grow the database. Some things are more straight forward but huge tasks, like updating all the "avacado" to "avocado", to complicated issues like…

Hello! This is something that we're looking into improving the experience around this. Right now there isn't a way to just scan items and save them into a list without them going into the Diary. What some users have found as workaround for the time is to create a saved meal and scan items into that. Then log and/or edit…

Hi! The process is just a bit different if you are editing a Meal or a Recipe. So which one you are looking to edit does impact the exact steps. Here are the steps for Android. Full FAQ has iOS and web info. For Meals: Full FAQ - Tap on the Meal you'd like to edit. - Tap the three dots on the top right and select Edit…
