I’ve failed everytime I went with less alcohol. I’m such an all or nothing person. So I was able to quit 6 days ago. This time I need it to be forever!

People suck! But life must go on! Do what you need to for yourself. You will get through this, it just takes time and distraction. Working out is the perfect fit!

I have a cheap scale. I just use it as a general gauge. I don’t trust them. I use visual clues and how my clothes fit as my gauge.

247??! Wow!!! They aren’t that bad here, but that is serious! I know where I have run in the past there are signs saying no motorized vehicles of any kind in path and people don’t seem to care.
