Invest in a digital scale I guess the more expensive the more bells and whistles1

i buy cheap. i got one of hte cheaper digital human weighin scale and ditto on the food scale.1

I also just have a cheap one from Walmart. If you keep it on a flat surface and keep it calibrated it's perfectly fine

I have a cheap scale. I just use it as a general gauge. I don’t trust them. I use visual clues and how my clothes fit as my gauge.2
