So, late to the post. But better late than never. SW: 240 CW: 238 GW: 130 For the rest of June I want to completely cut out soda and all sweets. I just get too tempted if they’re around even if I have just one so I do better by not having any at all. Also I want to work on my portion control.

I appreciate the encouragement! I might try it in the future as a diet similar to it worked for me in the past. And I never once thought you were begging or telling someone else what they should or shouldn’t do. So don’t sweat that small stuff. Keep it up you guys got this!

Thanks guys appreciate it. I’ve also went vegetarian and cut out dairy as well for the health benefits. So my diet consists mostly of plants. I love adding black beans to my salad for a good protein fix. And it’s surprising how many delicious meals you can make with vegetables. I’m also making a daily shake with Amazing…
