Add me, I’ll do my best to keep you on track, I could use the help too. I’ve probably gained 5 pounds back since my recent weight loss. Again. Need to keep myself on track.

I did this for a few months back in dec-January, and the only thing I might imitate from my diary is breakfast. I would suggest plenty of salad with no croutons and maybe some light vinaigrette for flavor. It’s hard but it’s good to lose weight quick! Good luck.
