I’m breastfeeding as well. You’ll need to still eat around 1800 calories (don’t quote on that, please check with your DR or lactation consultant!) to support breastfeeding. Unfortunately, you can also just not lose weight breastfeeding too. Which is where I’m a bit stuck at the moment. Slowly Weaning now we’ve done…

I don’t get the issue. It’s not your housemates fault that he fills the fridge with junk food. That’s his choice. What you need to do is just allocate shelf space. Or buy your own bar fridge and put it in the bedroom. Cook your own meals. He cooks his. Don’t complicate it by sharing food bill.

Well, I can’t advise on other products, only what I use. I track my blood pressure and have an Apple Watch. My heart rate on my BP machine and watch have been pretty much spot on when I compare. Same to testing BP machine at the chemist or GP. I did find though the more I wore my Apple Watch, the number of steps or…

I can’t help think because you’ve changed up the diet things your body has kicked into a different gear. Kind of like when you pleatau, if you change the weight you continue to lose weight. But whatever works for you! Glad things Are going well for you. Just remember it’s not the solution for everyone else. I was losing…

I liked the pro form treadmill I purchased from them online. It’s been doing well for me. It’s basic but sturdy.

Is it including heart rate in new tracker and old one didn’t? Other thought is, one was inaccurate and the other isn’t. Trouble is I wouldn’t know which one. My Apple Watch is more accurate than my Fitbit was. I had more steps counted in Apple than Fitbit

There’s also I’ve seen on forums ppl saying weigh out the food but Don’t say how much

Like for example, the capsium, broccoli and chicken and rice is all mixed in with curry( which is a mix of coconut cream and curry paste) How many grams should that be overall? 300g? 400g? Ravioli pasta seems easy bc packet says 220g per serve so I can easily weigh out 220 g and add serving of sauce. But when recipes get…

For sure, I’ve already busted both knees at some point the last one was in September 2017 and it took until March 2018 to get it completely recovered. I’ve already broken a toe too 2 months ago (thank you children for leaving you things around) but I cannot stand being chubby. I want to get back to looking and feeling good…

Thank you for all the advice and suggestions! I was doing C25K for a while but stopped around 5 week mark for some reasons . Think I will restart that so I’m not doing it every day but 3 times a week and see how I go from there. I don’t want to burn out, but I do want to see results too.

Doing one work out a day for the last two weeks plus my regular 10km walking throughout the day.

thanks! I don't drive, so I walk a fair bit. my average walking per day is 10km when exercise isn't included, but it seems I am still too fat! (even my stomach agrees), I was thinking I might need a bit more of a boost while the holidays are here and it's most achievable. Once I've reached my ideal weight I'll take it back…
