Don't know if OP. Is still looking for $.. But my best advice is to go to any restaurant/cafe/eatery and ask for the chef n be straight up.. I know for a fact there's always 100,000 things needing to be done and never enough hands to get it done ..best of luck

Thankx for the reply.. I can't get a straight answer anywhere.and can't see dietician until the new year.. I'm a total cal intake of 1500 Defect of about 1300* Currently 145 kg. Gp has recommended Min 45 loss Ive always had low food intake. Alcohol was the major problem.
