  • They also do the same thing for spicy chicken breasts. The label says 230 calories, but after frying them I’m assuming it would be higher? Just not sure by how much
  • Wow! Thank you for putting the time in to put that together. For some reason I really can't wrap my head around the fact that I would ever need more than 1800 calories. I didn't know MFP used a different method.I wasn't putting sedentary for those because I know the amount of exercise I do would at least put me in the lightly active category, but I wasn't sure…
