Losing 2 pounds in a week is not a stall. You are still losing weight. Don't change anything. Keep doing what is working for you.

I haven't started, yet, so ask in 8 weeks. LOL Although, the last time I did keto, it was 13 pounds. That's not bad, really. I guess some people would expect more, but I was thrilled with that. Unfortunately, over the last few years, I gained everything back. Starting fresh on the 26th.
