I walk for at least 5 minutes to warm up before I start running. Allows me to ease into it a little bit.

Chicken rice soup with cabbage - it had onions and garlic and carrots too. I’m fighting a bad cold and it’s just the ticket. So yummy!

I also suffer from depression and for me regular exercise and prescription meds are what works. I’m glad to hear you are going to talk to your doctor about meds. Especially since you’ve been suffering from anxiety for a really long time. There are some great options out there.
