  • Get the app for your Iphone or what ever you have it has reminders for you to complte stuff as the days gets later.
  • I am on day 50, use the app, yeah the FB page is full of 75 Karens/Kens that tell people that actaully ask the wiederst questions , since Andy lays it out pretty clearly what is nd is not a fail. keep going this is my second time. last time I made it to day 74.

  • Your work outs are what you make them, going full on for 75 days is not expected. You can do yoga, stretch, go for walks etc.. If you have a trainer they will tell you the same thing, so it is not as horrible as it seems, If were easy it would be called 75 your typical day.
  • I wouldnt use the FB community, used it before, to many 75 Karens telling you what you what is a fail vs. encouragement. I used it for humor over stupid questions and people that were horrible about telling you when you failed.
