  • I did Level 3 day 2 yesterday. Haven't lost much weight but definitely see the differences!
  • Just turned 40 last September and had my last little one January 2018. Three kids in 4 years and 3 C sections has left me with 20-30 lbs to lose! Would love some accountability friends to check in with too. Have lost 5 lbs this month with working out and trying to log food which is my weak area. Nice to meet you all!
  • Did Level 3 Day 1 today..challenging but I liked it! More variety so it moved faster I felt. I am also thinking of mixing up Ripped in 30 and Yoga Meltdown next week. I did the Yoga last week after a treadmill workout (jog/walk) and it was nice! Kept my heart rate up plus stretching everything plus my 5 year old joined in…
  • Level 2 done again today! Think I am going to move to level 3 Sunday!
  • I did Level 2 again today--think my 4th day. It is a good workout! I am doing Ripped in 30 versus 30 day shred like I started. Feel it is a better lead in to Ripped in 30! I have lost 5 lbs!
  • Level 2 day 2 done this morning. Defintely feel my posture is better from the ab work and weights--I have had 3 c sections in 4 years and am finally feeling some strength behind it! Going to walk on my lunch break today too. I am loving this check in!
  • I started level 2 today and it felt tough! Oddly though I didn't burn as many calories as level 1 according to my fitbit.
  • I did day 5 yesterday of Level 1. Going to start Level 2 tomorrrow. I am doing Ripped in 30 and after I do the 4 weeks, going to do Shred. :)
  • Day 3 done today and alternated 3 and 6 lb weights. Definitely more challenging with 6 lbs!

  • I started Ripped in 30 on Friday and did yesterday as well. May try to do tonight or just do day 3 tomorrow. I am planning on walking today on my lunch break at work. Starting at level 1 and I am a little sore. Think I need to dig out my 5 lb weights because 3 lbs are too easy!
