I do Keto. However, I also implement intermittent fasting 16:8, at least 3 times a week. It has been effective for me, but I think the Keto eating plan has definitely contributed to my success.

I had the same problem. I eliminated them and the bloating went away. One day I had a cheat meal with corn chips, and within no time my stomach felt horrible. Everyone's body is different. I'd test the theory by eliminating them for a month and see how you feel.

I am on Keto. If I feel like my weight loss is slowing, I implement intermittent fasting 16:8 at least 2-3 times a week. Basically, I'll eat between 6:30AM and 2:30PM (Keto) and be done eating for the day. Once keto adapted, the intermittant fasting is easy because your body has identified a different fuel source.

No nightmares, but my sleep was all over the place when I was transitioning into ketosis. I started back on Keto 12-26, and last night was my first good night sleep.

I am also on Keto. I really enjoy the food choices and less restrictive calorie counting. I've been on it for a week now and can already feel inflammation from a prior injury going down.

There are some great articles and informational sites online about Keto. I'd do some research to gain a better understanding, so you can dig deeper if needed. You can also Google a Keto macro calculator.

You can adjust your goals in the settings. I set mine at: Carbs 5%, Protein 30% and Fat 65%, still within my calorie budget. You can use a Keto macro calculator online to get your recommended macros.

The best advice I can give for Keto is not to have cheat meals/days. It takes too long to get into ketosis, and a single cheat meal can blow you out of the water.
