Going to set my goal at 50. I only run 3 days a week,but may change that. I’m planning to up my mileage with the plan to run my first half marathon next year.

2.1 today so I think I’m at 13.8/20 …I’ll go join the November challenge now so I’m doing the whole month and not just a week and a half or whatever…

Eek I haven’t posted since I introduced myself on the 20th. I’ve done 8.2 of my 20. It’s been a mix of outdoors and treadmill! I’ll try to check this thread more regularly!!

I’m coming back to MFP(again)and thought I’d join in this challenge! I need some motivation to get back to consistent movement. 11 days left in October so I’ll shoot for 20 miles for now…
