Not a documentary, but Graham Hill's TED Talk about being a weekday vegetarian did motivate me to eat less meat. My family now eats vegetarian at least a couple days a week and it's not difficult. Eggplant parm instead of chicken, for example, and nobody even notices.

I'd recommend a commercial grade treadmill, with a larger motor. The kind from the regular stores are so flimsy. We use ours every day and it has been reliable for years.

Try eating your measured portion, and then drink two big glasses of water. Or drink two big glasses of water 10 minutes before you eat. I get full quickly that way.

I just make a regular dinner for the family and eat the low carb parts. So if dinner is baked chicken, rice and green beans, I'll just put chicken and green beans on my plate. I don't talk about it and honestly I don't think the kids have ever noticed.

If the food is amazing, I'd eat it. For instance, I would not pass up a croissant if I went to France. To me it's part of the experience. But like others have said, don't just blow it on something that's not worth it.
