Marital calories? Is that something that gets divided by a judge during a divorce? Seriously though. Accept reality, Men have more lean body mass than women. Larger bones, more muscle. They expend more calories than women. So they lose weight a bit faster. It's just a fact. No need to be jealous or stress about it.

Other than using a wearable, the only way I can figure out this would work is to hire someone to stay up all night and watch you while you sleep.

Mosley is just trying to turbo charge his bank account by publishing yet another fad diet book. The only difference being that on your "fast" days you are allowed 800 calories instead of the 500 he insisted was necessary in his old 5:2 book.

Apparently the MFP servers went on that 800 calorie blood sugar diet and are malfunctioning. Just kidding. The search issue is a known problem and they are working on it.

Weight Watchers has lost it. First of all, it's not called Weight Watchers anymore, it's called WW. Whatever that means. The points program is worse than ever, they changed it so bad that many people stopped losing and quit. And you can't call them meetings anymore. They are "workshops" and take place at a WW "Studio". smh

The healthy Med diet actually ranked only so-so for weight loss, as compared to many others. Probably because it is so easy to overeat beans, pasta, and olive oil even on a mostly meatless diet.

I am furious the Apple Cider Vinegar detox diet didn't make the list. :angry:
