  • Suggestion: Diet is crucial, make this priority #1. Burn more calories than you take in. Do some form of cardio, do some form of resistance training. The rest is up to you, but if you incorporate these basics, you will succeed. Good luck!
  • Good luck! I have the 8/16 plan. Works great for me. The first week is the hardest, drink a lot of water ;)
  • IF works great for me. I won't repeat what others have said, but due to the longer window of being awake while not eating, I tend to drink a ton of water to compensate. I drink black coffee which also helps suppress my appetite. I don't know if IF has any actual fat loss effects, but from a degree of separation, it helps…
