I hear you. I've hit my goal weight twice in the past 10 years and regained all that I lost twice, with a bit more padding to show for it. I'm 5'3" and 181 lbs. 1450 a day here. I've been successful before at three lower calorie days followed by one higher calorie day (around 1800) just to feel like I'm not deprived. Just have to keep doing so after I hit my goal weight so the weight doesn't come back again! Feel free to add me.
