Took 18 months to lose 106 lbs. I have maintained within 10 lbs for 6 months now. I still want to lose another 15 lbs or so but focused on maintaining right now. Life is not easy right now, but so far no problems with maintenance.

Very minimal on my arms and stomach but it gets better as I go. I am starting workouts to build some muscle.

Someone said (in public and loudly) YOU NEED TO EAT A CUPCAKE. Everyone turned to stare at me and I felt so judged. I laughed it off but I am also getting the "you need to stop now" comments. Nope, no stopping me! 11 more lbs to go!

I've lost about 10 more pounds from the after pic. Have 20 to go! I'm down 90 lbs.

Silly, but a few days ago my husband and I were running around our property with our dogs and he thought he'd be funny and try to race me somewhere. I hopped the fence without even thinking and realized when I got over in half a second how I would have NEVER have been able to do that 90 pounds ago.

I fast every day. I started out at 1510 calories daily. I weighed 224 when I began IF. I am now 180 lbs and eat 1380 calories daily. I fast for 18 hours each day.
