Hello! Great thread, I'll do this next week and post my results in a week. My goal is three nights with no snacking after dinner and the other 4 is alright if i eat dinner later or snack.

Depression is really awful, but you will feel better. My motivation is that exercise is a great anti-depressant that our brains are plastic and everything changes.
