  • I've just started a calorie deficit for.my journey, I'm going to move more but I think once you start losing your weight at certain points may be good to reassess your calorie intake to make sure your deficit is right just a thought.

  • Hi thought id just join here scale this morning (bit of a yo yo but trying )not been on for ages due to moving (MAY no excuse), family problems etc almost having a breakdown due to anxiety .. fresh this morning happy to embrace my 50's i;m 51 ,orginally lost 15 pounds before we moved , put back on 7 lbs .   • Hi i have at least 100 lb to loose too .. 230 lb the scales didn't lie to me this time :-) bmi 43.1 at 5ft 1 it says i should be up to 127 lbs althou i'd be happy to get back under the 200 it definately shows , no hiding now .. perfect time and place to start, i start yesturday good luck.
