@hafsatoheed2019 I try not to go over 1500 kcal a day and I’m mindful how much carbs I eat... try is a good word :smile: Exercise wise I squat at home and I walk at least 7,000 steps a day.

Still a looong way to go but that’s me now, 40 pounds lighter. Started at 350 on January 1st this year. :smile:
