2018 was a good year, I lost 13 lbs and worked with a trainer all year to lose fat and gain strength. The gym is now a habit, but I need to lose 20 more lbs and I know diet is my issue. I tend to track for a few days then stop because I eat something I don’t want to track...hopefully this challenge will hold me…
