  • Have you checked out Fitmencook or Buzzfeed’s Tasty? They both have options to make a big batch of veggies and proteins but put them together so that the meals are different every day. • Ok, so I'm late on the prepping train this week and also making double meals because...well what my husband wants doesn't appeal to what I want. I know I know double work buuuut I'll get over it :/ Tried to keep the meals close so I would have to cook too much differently Breakfast- Amador: Ground Turkey and egg white…
  • @girlwithcurls2- I also have a husband and a child and meal prepping makes our life waaaaay easier than you may be thinking. You should give it a try just once, worst thing that could happen is that it really doesn’t work out for you. 👍🏻 your dinner plans look great though!! @teriseaton so I usually switch up my meals from…

  • Fruit! Watermelon is the best but I always crave fruit when I’m hungover. Water usually makes me throw up so this is how I hydrate. And then once im done with fruit I usually like pancakes or breakfast tacos (Chorizo and potato on corn w/ white cheese, Barbacoa or just a simple quesadilla taco) and a Mexican Coke 😋
  • You could do a savory waffle! Waffle base with shredded cheese and chives (or jalapeños... or all three) with a fried egg on top! Mmmm and some good bacon/turkey bacon on the side 😋
  • Slow cookers save my life with meal prepping! I can have 1 meal in the crockpot all day and by the time I get home that’s one less meal I have to cook. -Pot roast: Beef Chuck roast, ranch packet, pot roast packet, carrots, potatoes and some broth for liquid. Low for 8hrs, shred and mix in a tbs cornstarch/arrowroot slurry…

  • I cook on Monday nights to cover our eating from Tuesday to Friday. Throughout the week if something comes up, like staff lunch or dinner with friends, I will throw a meal in the freezer to save for the weekend or the next coming Monday. We’ve been doing this before having our son. He’s 2 now and eats everything we eat…

  • Yes! The Everything bagel seasoning is the best! I put it on... almost everything 😂
  • I mean a lot of packaging usually says ‘Servings per package “about” x’ so it’s not always exact. My sparkling water bottle says “about” on it for the amount of servings and that should be a more exact portioning than stuffed peppers.... that usually vary in size.
  • I usually hate rice cakes buuuuuuut a plain rice cake topped with hummus, tomatoes and a teensy but of salt and pepper is an amazing quick filling snack!
  • I cook enough for 4 days for my husband, our 2 year old and me. Bfast- seasoned ground turkey, scrambled egg whites and hash browns. Topped with cheese and salsa after microwave. Lunch- deconstructed cheese burger bowls 🙌🏻 Snacks- Dijon salmon w/ Parmesan asparagus or honey crisp apples with cheddar blocks Dinner-…
  • This week for me is avocado toast w/ hard boiled eggs. I smash my avocados up, put them in Tupperware and lay some cling wrap on it to seal it in so it doesn’t brown. Preslice my eggs and then all I have to do in the morning is toast my bread and assemble! Also if you have a Trader Joe’s near by, their Everything But The…
