My goals are simple; stay under calories and get at least 6,000 steps in. I'm new and have a ton of weight to lose so I'm trying not to overwhelm myself, end up thinking it's too hard to do this, and drown my sorrows in a sleeve or Oreo cookies.

Same here. I did really well 4 years ago for a entire year and then screwed it all up. Hopefully, this year will be different. I have being this big so I have the motivation; just hope it sticks with me.

I'm in! I have 140 to lose. Losing 100 pounds in a year would be freaking wonderful. =)
