Do you have a fridge? Hope so! If so - I find Greek yogurt with some fresh berries and walnuts to be a satisfying, delicious, healthy snack (or meal)

Congratulations! Soda is filled with empty calories. I love iced tea without sweetener - or with maybe 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. I also love LaCroix sparkling water. Mango is my favorite!

Happy New Year! Ready to lose 20 pounds in 2019! I don’t eat meat, so am looking for ideas for healthy protein (shrimp, fish, eggs, etc.). I know I need to cut carbs. Luckily, I love veggies!
