Hi. A few of my friends have had top surgery. Two non-binary and were at a healthy weight and one trans who was overweight. I think surgeons advise to be healthy weight for best outcomes. 48 and new to MFP. I'm a teacher, a single mum to 2 teenage girls and a cat. From Sydney, Australia and looking for like-minded friends for mutual support. I used to run (10km max) and workout at the gym, but parenting and work got in the way and I gave it all up. Working on my emotional eating.
