Me:8 LNS:0 Last night I had a protein shake in the evening but it fit into my calorie goal and it was a much better choice than a pint of icecream so I'm counting it as a victory :) huzzah!!

Last year's Christmas photos shocked me...it was when I realized how much I had gained. This year I want to show my family (mostly all overweight) that I have made a change for the better and impress them all ;) and take cute x-mas morning photos I actually feel good about

I back up your logic 100% I also cycle and yea, I swear when I unclip after a long ride I feel poofy. I think your right- more carbs and more water just has a tendency to cling :/ kinda sucks

You might try a website called scoobysworkshop for a calorie calculator that you can adjust to see what differences physical activity and your goal make to your calories. I find it helpful :)
