Hi - new to this group. My name is Stephanie and in the past 3 years running has been my outlet. I never ran in high school and actually quit volleyball and softball because we had to run "the mile" ... yet here I am running all over. Happy to meet you all :)

Miles so far: 3/1 = 2.1 3/1 = 2.5(treadmill) 3/2 = 10 3/4 = 6.5 3/5 = 2 3/6= 5 3/7= 2.1 3/8 = 6.9 3/9 = 10 3/11 = 5.1 3/12 = 2.2 3/13 = 3 3/14= 3.14 ;) 3/15 = 6.7 Total so far 67.2 at least that is what my Garmin says.

As selfish as it is... I am doing it for me. Yes I have family - husband, kids, grandkids, etc but in honesty,, it's for me. To be who I should have been long ago instead of hiding and worrying about what people think.

I have been trying it. Don't agree with it completely. The food isn't that bad, but it's the same as everything.. it is a mental game. Looking at things as a…
