I always wonder about the dislikes. I have posted things like drink lots of water to curb appetite and have received dislikes. I wonder if someone actually disagrees with that or if they are just going around giving dislikes just because.

I quote my first post and then edit that.

I don’t know how to link you to it. I posted it under challenges.

Which IF plan are you doing? I am seriously impressed with your results!

Any weight loss is great weight loss! How do you feel about a stationary bike? Can you go snow shoeing at a park? Pilates can be done at home. You could do a squat and lunges challenge. Do you have any gear?

I use to have pretty intense cravings but I think I have it worked out. I allow myself up to 1650 calories a day. If I was really struggling, I would allow myself 2150 calories (maintenance calories). I found when I am having cravings, I often am just hungry. If I eat a nutritious well rounded meal, the cravings go away.…

I love the little tracker! How did you add it??

I want to give a big shout out to all those that inspired this Challenge and provided lucky ideas! ☘️☘️☘️ Starting weight: 2/9 148lbs (My weight is up a tad over 4lbs this last week; thanks super fun vacation) Goal weight: 139lbs (I am setting my weight loss goal for this challenge at 9lbs only because I anticipate losing…

Wow @KetoKay91 your results are amazing. What diet/exercise plan did you follow?

@CourtneyLomonaco let’s make some small goals and shed some fat! We can do this!!

@Acrylicfox thank you for for the kind feedback. My weigh ins were pretty great until my vacation week set me back a few pounds, lol.
-
@AlessandraJulianna I think we have all been there! If you have been eating a standard diet, you can drink a gallon of water and cut out carbs to lose 5 pounds in a week. You will be losing mostly water weight but it still makes you feel slim. Next up is the St. Patty’s Challenge! Come sign up for a fresh start.
-
I posted the St. Patrick’s Day Challenge. Official start day will be the 15th so I am not overlapping with this thread but for the early birds itching for a fresh start there is an option to start tomorrow, 6 days early. Weigh in every 6 days. I left the goals flexible so everyone can pick their own.
-
You are right on track! You can do it!!
-
Even if you don’t make it to the 10 pound loss by the 14th, your weight is coming down! You are doing great!!
-
You are killing it over there!! 🧜🏻♀️
-
Wow!! Great job! I love the comparisons in the same outfit. It really makes it easy to see the change!
-
With only 30 days between V day and St Patty’s (thank you google, lol), 10 pounds would be a steep goal. I like acrylic fox’ idea of multiples of 3. What do think about doing 6 pounds for the challenge?
-
If we start on the 15th, we only have 30 days between Valentines Day and St. Patty’s Day. We could do a 6 pound loss goal. Starting weight on the 15th and then progress weights every Wednesday? Or every 3 days? Or every 6 days?
-
Next up, St. Patrick’s Day Challenge! 🍀

You are doing awesome Celdi ☃️

I don’t think science 100% has this all figured out but I love reading theories and seeing what various experts and lay people believe. I read something once that speculated people who overeat are getting less enjoyment from their food in comparison to normal weight people. They made it sound like overweight people are…

I love statistics and haven’t heard that one! I hate the feeling of going over on my calories. I am working with what works for me; being less rigid with my goals. I set my calories to 1650 and if I am having a hard day I eat every last morsel of 1650 calories. I found I am hungry when I eat low calories. I also found I am…
-
You seem to be at a good weight. If I was in your shoes, I speculate I would focus on working out to gain muscle. It is surprising how good replacing fat weight with muscle weight looks.
-
I set my calorie limit pretty high at 1650 calories. Some days I eat all my calories and some days I eat less. Some days I work out but am not terribly hungry but then I am super hungry the next day. I don’t have to worry about how many calories I burned. Less stress=lower cortisol lol

Any loss is a win! My scale weighs 1/8th pounds and even a 1/8th pound loss is very exciting to me!
