Hi there! I’m a busy Mama of two and find on weekends the only way to get my workout in is two get up and moving before the sun comes up. Make small changes in your day to day and go from there. Go for a walk a few times a week, have a fruit or veggie snack over the sugary treats. You lost 125lbs a few years ago! That’s incredible!! Feel free to send me a friend request. I log daily and comment frequently on MFP friend’s posts. As for the fitness tracker - it depends on what you’d like to track. I have the cheapest version of Fitbit and it does an excellent job counting my steps for me so I know how on target I am at the end of the day.
