  • I’ve just started my third week loving it but it’s hard I’ve had to miss a couple of days this week though but I’ll be back on track tomorrow
  • Good luck to you I’m now day 14 smoke free it’s been really hard but I found exercising helped with some of the cravings
  • I agree it did feel pretty fun at the time I don’t think my legs agree though I started it again mainly to help beat the cravings from stopping smoking and get my bp down seems to be working
  • Ye I did the Plyometric Cardio Circuit yesterday probably not a good idea when your still getting over the flu so I’m really aching feeling much better for it though
  • Good luck to you too yeah the fitness test killed me I didn’t realise just how unfit I was
  • My son has just decided to try being a vegetarian so I’m interested as maybe it will give me ideas for him I think it’s be around 5 months since he’s eaten meat but he tells me he feels better and he’s lost some weight

  • I’m not low carb as such but I’ll be your friend if it helps
  • I tend to eat what I want when I want yes sometimes I’ll have bad days I won’t let diet rule my life again and if somebody’s got a problem it’s their problem not mine so I just let it go over my head
  • On on my 4th day cigarette free my family think I’ve been evil but luckily they are very understanding in those 4 days I’ve brought a pan set n new cutlery something I never seemed able to afford but I’m starting to feel better and I think having the flu has helped 😂 good luck you can do it
