Started in June at 425 weighed myself for a weight loss challenge 1/2/19 and was at 348.2 I am looking to lose another 100 lbs. So if I can do it anybody can. Low carbs (under 50g) a day lots of work on a treadmill and a stairmaster. I have a cheat meal every other Saturday night. We can do this.
