Sounds good everyone! Let's shout out our weights as we loose them. Keep the motivation going! I recently started adding cauliflower rice to most of my meals and I am amazed at how much I don't miss the pasta.

yay! there are more people like me out there! how are you guys planning on loosing these pounds. I have started the gym 3 times a week and only eat 1200 calories a day. any suggestions?
