  • This is not the only full-figured sports bra that works, but it is the BEST! http://www.enell.com/ I was a 40-I and it worked for me! Takes time to put on, but stays put and no bounce! And straps don't dig. It's worth the cost.....

  • I work out 4-6x/week - some days I do Zumba on the Wii in the mornings before work, then run with my group in the evenings. Other days, I do strength in the mornings and running in the afternoon. On the weekends, I usually run. With my appetite, I have to workout often to "afford" my calories :-)
