Going on a 70+ day streak and very active. Trying to go up 15-20 lbs, clean bulking most of them, so I log nearly constantly and love some social friends. Expect me to occasionally fill your feed :)

Agreed on logging everything! Then looking at what your worst items were for the day is the best advice I can give you on the diet front. As a programmer I'd kill to get my hands on a standing desk. I use a lot of resistance bands to discreetly train at my desk without catching nasty looks.
