That's awesome! Congratulations on your hard work and dedication! So inspiring. Thank you for sharing. Ideally, I need to lose about 100 pounds myself and I'm 5'3". I'm not great at being consistent. Can you give me any advice on staying on track and keeping a long-term goal in mind?

Hope everyone had a great weekend! I kept track of jack squat over the weekend! So Just for today I will: 1. Log everything I eat in MFP and stay within my calorie goal. 2. I will drink four bottles of water. 3. I won't eat anything after 8:00 pm. 4. I will walk track and do water aerobics at Y tonight.

This cracked me up! Hopefully I'll get to your point by next year! You go!

Only drank two bottles of water yesterday. Did not do a load of laundry. Too tired to do anything other than tuck girls in after work and Wednesday night church...I DID track everything I ate including the Wendy's I had for dinner. Not doing great today as I ate an entire meatball footlong sub mindlessly. Which of course…

Hang in there! Just dust yourself off and start over! Everyday is a new day to try again! I'm struggling with consistency too. Discipline is my word for the year. And so far, I did a week straight and as soon as the weekend hit and my kids were at their dad's, I fell down the rabbit hole. But I'm trying again and logging…

I met yesterday's goals of drinking my water, not eating after 8:00 and I got a load of laundry done! Although, I think my dryer just took a dump on me and don't know how I'm going to pay for that... I also went to the Y and did a new exercise class. I've also set a goal of losing ten pounds in five weeks. I'm feeling…

Hi there, my name is Pam and I'm from Indiana. I don't usually make New Year's resolutions, but this year I am making goals. I love this idea of Just for Today! My goals for today are: 1. Drink a bottle of water every hour after noon. 2. Track all my food in MFP 3. Do not eat anything after 8:00 P.M. 4. Do at least one…
