Don't give up! If you're eating high sodium foods that might mean you're retaining water weight. Also if your calories are to low you'll go into starvation mode and you'll gain. HIIT and strength training has helped some of my plateaus. You sound strong, positive and determined you got this.

Hi I'm new here. I needed to lose 160 pounds, I lost 100 and now I can't lose and terrified of gaining it all back. I'd love to be someone's cheerleader and get some motivation and support as well. Ok 2019 we got this!
