  • My goal is to actually keep to my calorie goals and hit the gym at least 4 times. Its hard to stay motivated when midterms hit but here we go!
  • Hi I'm Lauren! I am 21 and I have really been wanting to just loose a bit of weight and feel fit again. My current weight is 150, my goal is 130. I really like running and swimming so I've been doing a lot of those two things as well as some weight training and calorie counting. Wish me luck! :)
  • I just realized how heavy I had gotten. I went to buy jeans and I was two sizes larger than I had been the last time I bought them. I decided I wasn't going to be that way anymore. I want to feel good about myself again.
