I have over 100 lbs. to lose, so I'll be around for awhile and would like to be of support to you and your weight goal.

I use a couple of Splenda packets and 2 TBSP. of Coffeemate sugar free hazelnut creamer in a large mug of coffee. It's worth the 40 calories to me!

I weigh daily so I can see what's going on with my weight. I know there are fluctuations to be expected but it keeps me on track to see those numbers in the morning.

I am new to MFP and really want some friends who have a lot of weight to lose and are serious about doing it!

I'm in. I have a lot of weight to lose and am in this for the long haul. At this point lowering my caloric intake is my best option. Once I've lost some weight, then I will incorporate exercise into my plan. I have major knee issues, so this is going to be tricky. But I'm in!
