  • I also did keto for a year and lost 35 pounds but keeping your carbs under 20 grams a day isn’t substantial long term. I consume a bit over 100 grams of carbs a day and feel great. Try intermediate fasting also. I still do that and it consist of 16-8. Fast for 16 hours and eat in the 8 hour window. Good luck!
