I did the same thing. Started at 326, got down to 198, and now I'm back up to 305. Can't believe I let myself get back here but here I am. I'm sick of tiring out so easy. I remember how much energy I had when I lost it all and I really want it back. Feel free to add me for support. We can do this.

Just breath (easier said than done, I know!lol) This happened to me to this week. I had a cheat meal (which was pizza) and gained back 4 pounds overnight. It happens. Just keep at it and it should come right back off and then some. :)

I do. Been playing Sypro and Hitman a lot. Got a VR this Chirtmas to boot so Beat Saber has been on my list of fun fun things to play too.
