Six years ago I went from 175 pounds down to 125 pounds. I kept it off for a couple of years and then I trained for my first marathon and put 15 pounds back on. Since then it is been a cycle, even though I continue to run I am back up to 160+ pounds. You can out eat exercise!

It’s crazy to see what pushes other people over the edge! A lot of these things I can have just one and be fine — but chocolate mixed with peanut butter and I’m a goner !

I lost 50 pounds using it years ago . For various reasons I’ve gained close to 40 back. I’m determined to get atleast some of this off. I’m a size 8 and not unhappy but I’m more comfortable with myself at a size 4. The plan is to get there again !
